Maserati vehicles that are under nine years and six months old from the date of registration are eligible for the Extra10 Warranty Programme.
The warranty programme will also include roadside assistance and is transferable in case the car is sold. Maserati also specifically mentioned that cars which are or were in any racing competitions will not be eligible. The usual wear and tear items and deterioration of the car’s paint and upholstery have not covered this programme.
The company said that customers can visit any Maserati dealer to check whether their car is included in the scheme and to receive all the information they need to activate the service. The dealer will also tell you more about all the additional services that can come with the Extra10 Warranty program, including pick-up and return service to your home, courtesy car and more.
The company also said that This new service enables Maserati to provide all its customers with an innovative offer, adding value in terms of unparalleled flexibility in the automotive world. A major new feature for the brand, aimed at consolidating the value of its cars over time, guaranteeing total peace of mind by combining top performance and the driving pleasure typical of every Trident car.
Initially, the Extra 10 Warranty will be available for all new Maserati cars and will be offered in markets like the US, Canada, and Latin America starting from October 1st, 2022. The Extra10 Warranty Program will also be available for the brand’s forthcoming electric vehicles, although this has yet to be confirmed.
Maserati also said that it will introduce this scheme to Indian customers very soon. Its India lineup includes the Quattroporte, the Ghibli and the GranTurismo.
The company recently revealed the all-electric version of the GranTurismo, dubbed the Folgore. The pure electric version of Gran Turismo will come equipped with a tri-motor setup producing 1,184 hp peak power and claimed O-100 kmph acceleration in just three seconds and a top speed of 300 kmph.
